What transport links are available?

BusRegular bus services run to and from our cottages. We advise you visit First Group for the most up to date timetables.

Train – Tenby railway station serves the town on the Pembroke Dock branch of the West Wales Line operated by Transport for Wales Rail. 
Trains run in each direction; westwards towards Pembroke and eastwards to Whitland, Carmarthen and Swansea.
During peak season, trains run direct from Paddington to Tenby.

Is wifi available at your properties?

Yes 🙂

Is there parking available?

All our properties occupy convenient off road parking.

Are there bed linen and towels provided?

All duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. We do ask you bring your own beach towels.

Do I pay for heating and electric?

All heating and fuel are inclusive of rent.

Do the properties have gardens?

All our cottages have enclosed gardens providing relaxing and entertaining spaces for the whole family.

Are the properties suitable for people with restricted mobility?

Our bungalow property, Palm Cottage is all at ground level but there is a single step at the entrance doorways,
so the property is not ideally suitable for wheelchairs.

What are your payments and cancellation policy?

We collect a non refundable deposit at time of booking (25%). The balance is to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before the holiday.

How do I leave a review?

After your stay we will email you a feedback form.
